Analysis of Piezoelectric Energy Harvesting Interface Circuit Applied to Automobile Engine Vibration

چکیده
In order to realize the continuous power supply for vibration fault monitoring system of automobile engine, aiming at low efficiency and instability existing piezoelectric full bridge rectifier energy collection circuit, this paper proposes a circuit scheme based on synchronous charge extraction. The can provide efficiency, analyze by impedance analysis. Finally, experiment shows that theoretical analysis is consistent with experimental results. And electrical extraction harvest up 1.3mW under frequency conditions, which higher than 0.5mW collected full-bridge same conditions. harvested meets requirements automotive sensors microcontrollers.
